Our services help you benefit from emerging opportunities and challenges.

For example, you might be in one of these situations…

  1. You need to scope out the terrain before you decide on what action will be most beneficial to resolve a long-term intractable situation. Situational assessment.
  2. New issues or new technology require new policy or regulation. You need a framework to address the implications. Strategy and policy development.
  3. You’re ready to roll out a new initiative. You want a smooth implementation, with quick adaptations as the inevitable unanticipated circumstances arise. Implementation support processes.
  4. You want to identify simpler and more reliable ways to measure performance against intended outcomes. Performance assessment.

We’ve done projects like these.

Depending on your needs, our services can focus on any or all of five phases.

Assess. A current state and preferred future gap analysis is conducted through environmental scans, literature reviews, stakeholder and informant interviews and trend analysis.

Develop Strategy with the support of relevant parties. The strategy directly links evidence-informed approaches to concrete and implementable steps.

Develop Implementation Plan. Explicitly outline the timelines, targets, responsible parties and evaluation criteria for each of the directions outlined in the strategy.

Operationalize. Manage the implementation, which may include the creation and delivery of education materials and training of stakeholders and staff.

Evaluate the strategy and direction through surveys, stakeholder and informant interviews and other evaluation methodologies and analysis.
